With his extensive experience in international management of SMEs, Heinrich Sielemann is perfectly equipped for his new role at Illig. After completing his studies and postgraduate work in the field of chemical engineering at the University of Dortmund, he held various executive positions at renown automobile suppliers. Later he assumed managerial roles in machinery and plant engineering firms with a focus on the food industry. Most recently, Sielemann was the managing director of two subsidiaries of an international mechanical engineering company that manufactures filling machines and complete lines for the food industry. Illig is a leading global supplier of high-performance thermoforming machines and molds, as well as solutions for the packaging industry.
