Senior Recycled Materials Trader – PCR & PIR Granules (LDPE / PP)

As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a highly driven Senior Recycled Materials Trader to strengthen our portfolio in PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) and PIR (Post-Industrial Recycled) granules, with a strong emphasis on LDPE and PP materials.

About the Role

This is a high‑impact, commercially autonomous position for an experienced trader who can build, manage, and scale a profitable portfolio. You will be responsible for securing reliable suppliers of recycled granules and developing strong, long‑term outlets across Europe and International markets.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced trading environment, understands polymer flows, and brings an established network within the recycling and plastics sector.

Key Responsibilities

Source, negotiate, and secure consistent supply of PCR/PIR granules
Develop and manage strong customer pipelines for LDPE and PP grades
Build long‑term partnerships with suppliers, recyclers, and converters
Identify new market opportunities and drive commercial growth
Manage deals from negotiation to logistics and final delivery

What You Bring

Proven experience in polymer trading, purchasing, or recycling
Strong network within the LDPE/PP recycled materials market
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial instincts
Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills
