Songwon: Manufacturer of Plastic Additives Builds New Production Facility in Saudi Arabia

Songwon Industrial Co., Ltd. has announced a significant investment to establish a new manufacturing facility for One-Pack Systems (OPS) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This greenfield investment project underscores Songwon's global strategy aimed at strengthening its position in the polyolefin industry and offering customers in Saudi Arabia high-quality, locally produced OPS products with shorter lead times. Advert The new facility, scheduled for completion in 2028, will be wholly owned by Songwon and is set to produce various "Songnox" One-Pack Systems. These are high-performance additive blends that support efficient polyolefin production. By expanding local capacity and making the supply chain more flexible, the company aims to put itself in a position to better serve the rapidly growing Middle East polyolefin market across the entire region.
