We are looking for suitable applicants for our company located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: Team Leader - Sales Manager South East Asia (m/f) for KRAIBURG TPE TECHNOLOGY (M) SDN.BHD., Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (KTM) Key Job Responsibilities: Plan and direct the overall sales team and activities of customer Team in Malaysia to achieve the annual sales target. Sales responsibility for the following countries: Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia-New Zealand. Develop the role of the local Sales Team Leader to a more international Sales Team Leader. Monitor and review all customer service matters to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction are achieved. Plan and monitor all financial matters like debt collection within team to ensure that the expenditure is within budget. Identify and provide sales training to ensure that the complete sales team is able to support the team sales target. Lead and create a motivating work climate and a good relationship both in the team as well as in cooperation with all KRAIBURG colleagues. Conduct survey and review of market trends to develop an appropriate sales strategy and pricing policy to capture bigger market share. Assist in inventory management first in first out with good rotation. Identify product features differentiation for the company to distinct ourselves in the industry. Further assignments may be entrusted to you from time to time. Cooperate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company. Obey or enforce the company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations. Job Requirements / Competencies: Your qualifications should include: experience in the fields of Sales and Plastics/TPE Industry. a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Chemical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the Plastics Industry would be beneficial. effective communication skills along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. self-motivation, self-directed and goal-oriented. strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. motivation to work with different cultures and to lead a team of Sales Executives in different countries.
