Tanks, Pipes & Relining is one of the five global market segments within DSM Composite Resins. To strengthen our team we are looking for a team builder with leadership experience HEAD OF TECHNICAL SERVICES FOR TANKS, PIPES & RELINING (F/M) This role will be located preferably in the Netherlands (Zwolle). In this function you will coach and lead the Technical Service team for TPR end use market. Also leading projects, providing support to various stakeholders and networking are part of your responsibilities in this challenging role. The Challenge Coach and lead the technical service team for TPR end use markets Set team targets and priorities in coordination with BM TPR and Expertise Manager TPR Regular monitoring of achievements Provide technical support and lead projects as required by the business Build relationships with technical providers / deciders at targeted customers (in line with TPR Customer Segmentation) Support launch new products of existing products and processes in new applications Support back-selling activities in coordination with New Business Development managers (incl. technical seminars and trainings) Propose new product developments Build with TPR team long term business strategy, and drive implementation Your Profile Graduate in chemistry / chemical engineering or related discipline Extra education in composites and engineering / design would be of advantage Solid experience in Technical Service leadership, preferably in composites and / or thermoset materials Preferably experience in corrosion and relining end-use markets Experience in working in global/ international companies: sensitivity to different cultures, ability to work and co-ordinate activities on an ad-hoc project basis rather than on direct report basis Team builder with the ability to coordinate and align activities with the team Strong drive to achieve results through convincing others Commercial acumen, enabled to build successful customer relationships Excellent communication skills Your Application For additional details or sending your application please contact Cecile.stutterheim@dsm.com, or visit our website www.dsm.com/careers.
