The 8th edition of the event will take place from 11-13th April 2011 and promises to attract all the key players from the industry.
AMI’s Stretch & Shrink Film conference has established a position as the forum where the industry meets to discuss key trends and market features influencing business developments and profitability. The conference will take place at the Austria Trend Savoyen Hotel, Vienna, Austria.
This will be the eighth time AMI has run a conference dedicated to this industry and the event regularly attracts all the key players from Europe as well as participants from Asia, America and the Middle East. Typically the attendees account for over 1.6 million tonnes of polymer purchase. As well as producers the whole supply chain from resin suppliers, through distributors and final customers also attend.
The conference will cover the main stretch applications for pallet wrap and silage wrap as well as addressing issues in the collation shrink, pallet shrink and the stretch hood arenas.
Stretch & Shrink Film 2011 will also include a business forum which will aim to put these material and technology developments in the context of the challenging business environment stretch film producers and their customers operate in. Industry consultants AMI will provide a detailed overview of recent market studies which analyse the structural changes in the stretch & shrink film industry.
The event is sponsored by Cloeren Incorporated, Davis-Standard, Polimeri Europa and SML Extrusion Technology.
