Description:
The Robomatic Twin 400 consists of two column-type presses positioned side by side, with upward closure of the mobile table. Each press has its own work cavity and is equipped with a service group that loads the material into the die and unloads the finished product.
The weighing of the material is by robotic gravimetric system which is controled from HMI panel.
The die-carrying tables are electrically heated with resistors, with temperature control over four additional zones: the two cup carrier plates and the two powder preheating hoppers.
The hydraulic system includes an oil reservoir mounted on the rear base beneath the loader group and a power supply unit with an electric motor connected to a coaxial pump.
Each press can operate individually or in tandem, ensuring flexibility in production.
Applications:
These presses are designed for the production of urea-formaldehyde materials and melamine, but they can also be used for rubber vulcanization processes.
Condition:
Machines are fully operational and in good working condition.
