This portable disintegrator head provides reliable, accurate heavy-duty service with minimal maintenance.

The state-of-the art LED Amp Meter right in the body makes process control easy.

Head is 12 1/2 ” long overall and weighs 5.5 lb. A 1/2 ” diameter, 2” long straight shank allows the head to be used remotely in fixtures or with other machine tools.

Standard Features

The head works by creating 50/60 positive arcs per second at the target metal with a molybdenum electrode.

Provides 9” (229 mm) of rack and pinion travel. Built-in LED current monitoring indicator color-coded to

assist operator feed control. Operate at any angle. Can be rotated 360 degrees around the crossarm axis.

Feed scale graduated in 1 /16 ” (1 mm) increments.

CROSSARM: 2 1/4 " diameter 15" long hard-chrome plated radial crossarm. 360° rotation around the column.

Manual crossarm and rotation locks.
