Sea-water resistant aluminum alloy approved for contact with human food. Single pass system. Block dimensions: 1070 mm x 530 mm x 75 mm thick blocks (41.7” x 20.6” x 2.9” thick blocks). Freezing cycles approx. 100 minutes. Automatic unloading. (2) Grasso screw compressors, type GS 255/1.65. Flexible PTFE hoses with stainless steel. Refrigerant media NH3. Incl. feeding, Kawasaki robot, type 20130S D, automated palletizing station/equipment, fillers, and additional infrastructure.

Previous used in a frozen fish application. Designed to freeze blocks of fish, seafood, meat and poultry, vegetables, fruits, liquids and fluids, bi-products, and offal for pet food.
