unit (PCU).
Automatic feed supervision
Alarm signal and time-delayed automatic shutdown of the
system if material supply to the EREMA preconditioning unit
(PCU) is too low. Alarm signal if material supply to EREMA
preconditioning unit (PCU) is too high.
Automatic extruder speed control
Constant production even with fluctuations in feeding (e.g.
amount, temperature, moisture).
Pelletiser control via extruder speed
Consistent pellet form thanks to controlled adjustment of the
pelletiser to the current speed of the extruder.
