FILM ORIENTATION LINES

Alpine manufactures monoaxial orientation equipment to significantly improve the properties of blown cast film. Our orientation equipment increases machine direction strength, film stiffness, barrier properties and the opacity of mineral filled film while decreasing machine direction elongation and enabling you to tailor properties such as shrinkage, tear properties and material density. This results in improved consumer packaging, directed tearing, freshness of packaged goods, longer packaging life of meats, improved organoleptics, improved protection of packaged goods and material savings.
