We manufacture customised plastic components for the fittings, packaging, construction, automotive and furniture industries.

As a reliable partner, we offer particularly flexible contract manufacturing with customer moulds provided up to a part weight of 50 kg. We process various materials such as PP, PVC, PE, PPSU, ABS, etc.

Together with our customers, we define customised quality standards to ensure the application-related functionalities of the components. Our laboratory is equipped with the latest testing equipment for high-quality quality assurance in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Our comprehensive services range from professional mould maintenance and assembly to packaging and labelling.

We store customer products on 8,000 m² until they are delivered on time. Our many years of expertise in the production of plastic parts, coupled with the know-how of our sister company ifw mould tec GmbH in the manufacture of precision moulds, is the perfect basis for the development of optimum product designs.
