At our production sites in 37327 Leinefelde (Thuringia) and 56204 Hillscheid (Rhieinland-Pfalz) we offer reliable & qualitative contract services in addition to the production of regranulates and compounds!

Con-Pearl started up its own recycling plant in Leinefelde/Thuringia in 2000. From the start, this has come equipped to effectively recycle products and industrial semi-finished products made of polypropylene (PP). The acquisition of the new Erema plastics recycling plant will now significantly increase processing capacity and further optimize the individual options for influencing the regranulate - and thus the quality and purity. The expanded metering options also allow the product properties of the recyclate to be even better matched to customer requirements and wishes. With an investment sum of around 2 million euros, the processing capacity has been expanded to a total of 18,000 tons per year. Of this, 12,000 tons are processed within the company, while around 6,000 tons are marketed externally as regranulate.

The old Erema plant will be relocated from Leinefelde to the companys site in Hillscheid/Rheinland-Pfalz. At this site, which was taken over by Con-Pearl in 2021, polyethylene (PE) is sorted and processed into regranulate in addition to polypropylene (PP). Capacity here is currently 2,000 tons and will increase to up to 6,000 tons with the relocation of the Erema plant.
