Contract injection moulding of technical and medical plastic components. Single- and multi-shot moulding (1K, 2K and 3K) on more than 30 machines from 25 to 250 tonnes clamping force. Medical components manufactured under ISO 13485; assembly, pad printing/marking and packaging in a validated ISO Class 8 cleanroom. Proprietary PVC recipes; insert moulding and micro moulding. Functional prototypes in the production material within days through Carmo Print Moulding (3D-printed mould tooling).

Carmo A/S is a Danish, ISO 13485-certified development and production partner for the medical-device industry and demanding technical applications. From Espergærde, Denmark, one engineering team carries a component from first design to regulated volume production — the project never changes hands at the prototype-to-volume boundary. Carmo moulds functional prototypes in the customers real production material in days through Carmo Print Moulding — its own hybrid of 3D printing and injection moulding — then runs full production across single- and multi-shot moulding (1K, 2K and 3K) on more than 30 machines, with validated ISO Class 8 cleanrooms for medical assembly, and automation, robotics and additive manufacturing all in-house. A 2018 expansion added 1,000 m² of production and 200 m² of cleanroom.
