PolyTALENT is the recruitment consultancy for the plastics industry and tool and mould making. We fill specialist and leadership roles in injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, thermoforming as well as tool and mould making, throughout Germany and with a clear focus on the industrial Mittelstand.

Typical mandates include process mechanics for plastics with genuine setup and changeover expertise, sales manager, toolmakers and mould makers, heads of toolshop, production and shift managers in multi shift operations, design engineers for technical plastics, quality managers and buyers for granulates, compounds and masterbatch.

The experienced specialists in your sector do not read job advertisements, they are standing at the machine. That is why we work through direct approach: our proprietary PolyTALENT Matching scans the market comprehensively across databases, networks and industry sources, and our consultants contact suitable candidates by phone and pre qualify them. You receive verified profiles rather than unsorted application lists.
