For Sale: Successful Recycling Company in Romania
Due to an upcoming retirement and the absence of a successor, we are offering our well-established recycling company, CALEX srl, located in Baia Mare, Romania, for sale.

The company specializes in the processing of polyolefins, with a strong focus on PE film recycling, and has an annual processing capacity of approximately 4,000 tons.

Currently, a project within the framework of €3,000,000 has been approved. Of this amount, 70% is funded as a non-repayable grant.

A minimum stake of 60% is available for acquisition, with the option of a full takeover (100%) if desired.
