On May 7, 2009, KraussMaffei’s three technology divisions have great pleasure in inviting you to their separate Spotlight events. All three events will take place at KraussMaffei’s main production plant in Munich. A range of compact presentations by experts will deepen your insight into topics of current interest in the industry.
The idea behind the KraussMaffei Spotlight days is to turn a spotlight onto one topical theme for one intensive day. The solutions we showcase during a Spotlight day all offer measurable added value for customers. The Spotlight days will focus chiefly on the following topics:
Spotlight All-electric Machines
Our slogan is “Efficiency drives” and we’ll be dealing with ways of boosting efficiency in injection moulding and the scope for improvement with electric injection moulding machines.
Spotlight Direct Extrusion
Everything you always wanted to know about controlling costs in pipe extrusion, with an operational example in the shape of a direct extrusion line in action.
Spotlight Composites
Today’s plastic products are expected to be lightweight, high strength and economical to manufacture. Composites are the answer to all these demands and the different methods for processing them offered by KraussMaffei’s Reaction Process Machinery division are the topic for this Spotlight day.
