This year, the organizers from Engel focus on current highlights from theory and practice of plastics manufacturing. With an exciting lecture and supporting programmes at the Design Center Linz as well as with an extensive exhibition at the large-size machine production plant in St. Valentin.
Engel would like to provide the participants with a closer look at the multitude of innovations in the field of injection moulding machines, automation and application technology as well as to let them discover the new and interesting solutions Engel has developed for production-related challenges.
With an ambitious lecture programme at the Design Center Linz Engel wants to show how they intend to transpose the requirements you may have today or tomorrow into innovative concepts based on our experience and values. Last but not least Engel wants you to get excited for something new and unusual: let Karim Rashid, the "Pop Star of Design" whisk you away to his visionary world of plastics design and get inspiration for shaping your products.
A festive highlight will be the presentation of the ENGEL HL-Awards (tie-barr-less Award) as part of a gala in the evening of 16th June 2015.
