Mostly the line has run 1800 mm wide PS sheet up to thickness 4 mm, max output 1000 KG/hr.

Original year of manufacture 1996/some reconditioning and updating done 2014.
· 1 x 120 mm, 35D main extruder + melt pump, AC drive 175 kw , vacuum vented.
· 2 x 75 mm , 35D side-extruders + melt pumps, AC drive 80KW, vacuum vented, setup for lower and upper layer.
· All 3 extruders fitted with very fast hydraulic screen changers , change screens on the fly.
· All 3 extruders retrofitted approx. 10 years ago with the mentioned frequency controlled AC drives.
· SIMPLAS die , 2000 mm wide for 1-5 mm thickness, with deckling, each side 500 mm long.
·3 Roll stack , width 2000mm diameter rolls 450 mm with 2 additional post cooling rolls, 350 mm diameter and 2000 mm wide, includes water temperature control group, for the 3 roll calender , and separate thermo units for the cooling rolls.
· Side trim cutters and belts.
· Length cutter station, guillotine type.
· Automatic stacker with automatic pallet change station, up to 3000 mm length
· Moretto feed system, 3-4 components per extruder, some with dosing speed linked to extruder speed.
Extra information: Taken out of production because it was replaced with higher output line.
