Complete extrusion line , to produce effectively dia. 1.75mm and dia. 2.85mm 3D printing filament at 10-14 KG/hour.
Mostly the line has run PLA and PET-G but other materials can be processed.
Hours : after initially being used as testing and pilot production the line has been kept as back up line for the current extrusion lines. Line was fully maintained and is ready to run.

· Die suitable for Filaments in diameters 1.75 and 2.85 mm diameter.
· Filament cooling bath, long 5000 mm with circulation pump and heat exchanger.
· Thickness measurement control system , Keyence LS9030D. Data feedback to haul off speed control.
· Haul off 20mm wide and 250 mm long.
·Filament accumulator.
· Single winder, with traverse system.
· Downstream designed and manufactured by Adriaans, an experienced designer of 3D downstream equipment.
