Laboratory twin screw extruder Coperion ZSK 26 Mc18 (40 L/D) with a screw diameter of 26 mm.

The system features all characteristics of the ZSK Mc18 series and is suitable for formulation development, compound trials, and the production of smaller compound quantities up to approximately 180 kg/h, depending on formulation and raw material.

Compared to earlier models, the Mc18 design allows significantly higher torque and throughput performance. The extruder is of mobile design and requires only limited floor space, as the control cabinet is integrated into the base frame. Heating and cooling systems are installed ready for operation (plug & play).
