Wulftec Automatic Pallet Wrapper w/ Infeed & Discharge Pallet Conveyor, model WCRT-200currently operating and available for sale. The line is complete from Blow Molder (Moulder) to Pallet Stretch Wrapper and was originally designed and installed in year 2007/2008 to run 72,000 BPH on 500ml (16.9oz) PET Bottles with 8.5 gram preforms with 26.7mm plastic screw caps. One of the two blow molders has since been removed, limiting production of the line to 46,000 BPH. The filler and blow molder are capable of running up to 115 mm container diameter and up to 350 mm container height. The line is currently tool to run 500 ML.

The Line features a KRONES CONTIFORM S24 Blow Molder that includes the blow wheel, oven, electrical control panel, main cabinet, Tanner preform dumper, hopper, incline, orientor feeder. The filler is a KRONES VODM-PET Volumetric Mono-Block 104 valve high speed PET Bottle Filler – Capper, blocked to KRONES Canmatic Labeler.

Additionally, the Line features versatile packaging with the Douglas M75 Tray Packer – Multi-Packer, PAI 5200 Series Case Palletizer, and Wulftec WCRT-200 Pallet Stretch Wrapper. The Douglas is currently running 18, 24, 30 and 40 count unsupported packs.

This Line can be inspected operating and is available for removal September/October timeframe.
