• Cold water storage
It is made from painted carbon steel sheet and insulated with closed-cell elastomer foam. This thermal insulation offers optimal resistance to condensation.
• Loading valve
This allows the hydraulic circuit to be filled both during peak demand and during normal operation.
• Safety valve
The valve is set to 6 bar. A channeled drain protects the module from overpressure.
• Automatic air separator
It is located on the upper part of the module and vents the air present in the module.
• Drain valve
This will empty the water from the lowest point of the tank to allow for emptying.
• Housing
The base is made from thick painted sheet steel. The external panels are made of galvanized and painted sheet steel and are very weather-resistant. Therefore the VKB 2.0 module
also suitable for outdoor installation.
