ECOR PPUSH-150 is an industrial continuous-operation pyrolysis plant for thermal cracking of carbon-containing materials without air access. Feedstock is fed, moved through the reactor, processed and discharged continuously, so the plant works without batch stops for loading and unloading.

Feedstock and capacity
- Polymer (plastic) waste: up to 150 kg/h
- Rubber (incl. tyre rubber): up to 150 kg/h
- Plant-based / biomass feedstock: up to 200 kg/h
Suitability for a specific feedstock is confirmed individually.

Products and typical yields
- Liquid products: 35–50% (for polymers and rubber, separated in individual condensers into heavy furnace-type and lighter motor-type fractions)
- Non-condensable gas: 5–15%
- Carbon residue (char / coke) or biochar: 40–50%
Actual yields depend on feedstock type, composition and preparation.
