Description:
PET flakes pelletizing line is used to process clean, PET bottles flakes in the form of regrind to the PET plastic pellets/granules that can be used to produce new PET plastic products.
The flakes are automatically processed from the storage silo to the extruder through the dryer where raw material by double-discs plate strong friction heat is mixed evenly, dried and contractioned. In the extruder with the help of vacuum degassing system during extrusion make sure the IV drops little. Double plunger, large area hydraulic screen changer and the underwater cutting system. PET flakes pelletizing machine is equipped with two groups of temperature monitoring system and is controlled by Germany Siemens PLC control system.
The feeding quantity is automatically controlled.
Due to its design customers can use up to 100% recycled PET in the production of new bottle embryos and bottles, and the product is finally back to retail and home life
If there is a need to modify the input material, we equip the line with the necessary dosing feeders: gravimetric or volumetric.
The equipment of the control cabinet consists of elements of well-known manufacturers from world brands such as Siemens, ABB, OMRON, Schneider. This provides our customers with easy access to spare parts after the warranty period. High-class electrical components also ensure the efficient operation of machine protection systems against electrical overload, excessive pressure in the plasticizing system or too large temperature differences of the system from the set value.
