This powerful machine can handle a variety of waste materials including PLASTICS and DE-WATER, DEGASS, COMPACT them into a melted mass coming in streams of various size and density, according to the matrix used.\r\nThe streams can be cooled and reground into a granulate or, they can be used directly into a special kind of extruder to be screened and cut into pellets.\r\nThis machine can be fed with up to 2.000 kg/h of plastics and is made to work on a 24/7 shifts basis. Throughput rate can be much higher with other kinds of scraps. Eg : de-fibrating wood scraps at a rate up to 40 m3/h, drying and compacting mixed waste to RDF...\r\n\r\nWater is very well accepted and lost in the process to give a dry material\r\nNo heaters, materials are melt just out of friction from the powerful 2 x 600 mm screws\r\nGasses are let out during the extrusion process\r\nSome contamination from other materials is well tolerated\r\nOrdinary maintenance is cheap and can be done in-house (actually the cheaper maintenance costs in alike processors)\r\nOnce the right parameters have been set, the process is \r\ncompletely automatic.\r\nThe powerful drive is 400 kw and uses about 260 kw in work.\r\nThe Siemens control panel with touch screen allows you to set and memorize all the parameters per each material, check the performances of the machine. On request, all information can be collected and analyzed in remote.\r\nWe can offer a fully reconditioned, processing line, complete from the 3 m3 buffer, to the right matrix, as well as the pre-shredder, the cooling equipment, the granulator or the extruder to complete the line.\r\n
