Erema conveyor belt: With metal detection bridge L 900 cm x 110 cm with timer switch.
Wagner WS 30 shredder 30 kW, rotor width 140 cm with hydraulic pusher, 74 Rotor cutting tools, discharge and inclined feed screw.
Roll intake: For heavy rolls with cutting device in longitudinal direction, to support the granulator, VFD-controlled 3.5 kW.
Granulator 11 kW Connected downstream for parallel operation of shredder / roll intake.
Extraction/Conveyor blower, feeding into buffer silo.
Buffer silo with agitator: VFD-controlled for discharge volume / dust cover with large
feed screw for regrind materials.
Conveyor belt L 9m x W 80 cm, metal detection bridge, VFD speed-controlled via load measurement of shredder.
Feed screw: for 100% regrind materials, stainless steel, L 4.5 m, dm 100 mm screw.
Cutter compactor: 138 kW, VFD speed-controlled with extraction blower, water cooling.
Tangential Extruder: 180 mm D30, double vacuum degassing.

Laser Melt-Filter disc 500 mm 2 screen system, movably mounted knives on the knife beam.Discharge screw for contaminants: With timer switch, melt pressure sensor. Spare Laser sieves : 60 mesh and 2x 70 mesh

Strand die-head: 26 holes - interchangeable nozzles, year of construction 2021, melt pressure sensor, complete overhauled/replacement of wear parts in
