The Shredding machine can process single solid non-tempered metal pieces of approx. 25 x 25 mm, as well as sheet metal parts with a thickness of maximum 3 mm and a length of 200 mm. This results to a cutting area of max. 625 mm2. Larger parts do not comply with the determined use and may cause damages to the cutting system.

Universal-Granulator UNI-CUT® UG 1008
One-shaft cutting system. Electric drive with V-belt flywheel with integrated overload friction safety clutch. Rotor and cutting tools made of high tensile heat treatable special steel, wear resistant. Cutting tools easy to change.
Hydraulic unit for hopper lift and granulating screen exchange. Control system for the machine by electrical control cabinet with operating elements. Input hopper with hydraulic pusher HNDE.
