The DDM is a mobile dry air dryer designed for the continuous drying of free-flowing plastic materials in granular form.

The DDM is supplied as a standard mobile unit and can be installed next to the processing machine(s) that will be supplied with dried raw material.

The DDM is supplied as a standard unit with automatic dry air material transport
to one processing machine and can also be supplied with a transport system for two processing machines.

The DDM is designed for the drying of hygroscopic and non-hygroscopic raw materials, including reclaimed material, in a temperature range between 60 and 140°C with a maximum deviation of +2/-2°C.
DDM is also available in a HT/LT (high/low temperature) version, which dries in the temperature range of 50-180°C.

Due to the highly precise temperature control and a dew point temperature of -30°C, a residual moisture content of less than 0.02% can be achieved. (HT/LT 0.002%)
