This machine is fitted with Vecoplan’s excluslve double sidewall construction
with rotating rotor end discs. These features are designed to eliminate frictional
heat generation and sidewall wear from processing material rubbing against the
inner cutting chamber sidewalls. Additionally, this design eliminates the possibility
of bearing contamination.

This unit incorporates Vecoplan’s patented SureCut FIim and Fiber processing
package. Included in this package is a rotor, bedknife and screen configuration
designed to process standard materials as well as fibrous scrap and film. This
package is designed to eliminate material wrapping and screen blockage.
Pre-channeled rotor and bearing housings are included (plumbing optional)
