Description:
For sale is a complete extrusion line based around a co-rotating twin-screw extruder Leistritz ZSE 60 HP, 36D, year of manufacture 2003.
The line was used for processing various technical plastics. Materials processed included polyolefins, styrenics, polyamide and polycarbonate. Depending on material and formulation, throughputs of approx. 250–400 kg/h were achieved.

Modernization / Spare Parts
The control system was renewed in 2022 and is based on a Siemens S7 control system with a 19" Siemens HMI.
Also included in the scope of supply:
new barrel, still in original packaging
new pair of carrier shafts
The cooling function of the currently installed barrel is no longer operational. The line is nevertheless fully functional. The installed screws are in operational condition with normal wear due to use.

The complete material feeding system is included in the scope of supply:

Strand Pelletizing
After the extruder, further processing is carried out via:
