The shredder was dismantled into all parts.
All wearing parts have been renewed.
All knives are new, the stub shafts have been renewed on both sides by a specialist company. Invoice is available!
As an absolute highlight, the original shoebox that scolds the gearbox was replaced by an original Bonfiglioli TA 125.125 that came with a Weima Wlk 2000 Jumbo as a replacement gearbox and has 0 operating hours. The same is designed for a torque of up to 16,000 Nm and, in practice, is completely oversized and under-challenged. To top it off, the drive was secured with a trans-fluid coupling.

The universal use of the ZSS series is almost limitless. Application examples: extruder cakes, film and fiber bales, pipes, big bags, cellulose, IBCs, paper, wood, cables, etc.

It should also be mentioned that the new price today is over €70,000 and a delivery time of 24 months is given.
