Plastcompactor HV 50/110, square feeding device, regranulator / secondary granulator, air classifier / sifter, and bagging station.

  Suction line: Self-priming conveying to the feeding hopper.
  Feeding device: Buffer hopper with approx. 1〖" m" 〗^3 capacity, equipped with high-level sensor.
  Integrated feeding screw: Drive power approx. 11 kW.
  Compactor disc diameter: 500 mm; rotating and stationary discs are water-cooled (chiller system provided by customer).
  Main motor drive power: 110 kW.
  Throughput capacity: Approx. 400–800 kg/h (depending on material).
  Central extraction system: 11 kW drive motor, conveying pipe to secondary granulator, cyclone separator mounted above the granulator.
  Secondary granulator: Approx. 600 mm working width, 30 kW drive.
  Fines separation: Fines are returned directly to the feeding hopper.
