The HERBOLD Plastcompactor is a system for agglomerating films, fibres of films, fibres, chips, dust and flakes.\r\n\r\n\r\nPoorly free-flowing waste is turned into an agglomerate\r\nwith a high bulk density and good flowability, which can therefore be directly fed to extruders and injection moulding machines.\r\n\r\n\r\nThe system for sale has a main motor with 110\r\nkw drive power and a throughput of 600 to 2000 kg/h depending on the feed material.\r\n\r\nAll thermoplastics can be processed, even sensitive materials such as PET, PA and bioplastics can be processed/agglomerated without thermal damage or discolouration.\r\n\r\nThe system consists of the feeding device with silo, the compactor, a secondary granulator with sifting and fines return.\r\n\r\n\r\nPre-shredding can be offered on request, which is\r\nadapted to the application. Tests can be carried out in our technical centre for suitability tests and sampling. We are the manufacturer of this system and can provide service and supply of spare parts.\r\n\r\n\r\nThe system is available at short notice.
