Auger system for non-free flowing products. Twin Servo Auger filler including twin electro servo amplifiers with application specific software; LCD operator interface with 4 lines X 20 characters.

Controls mounted in a NEMA 12 enclosure to protect against dust, dirt, corrosive liquids, oil and lubricants.

Hopper level control for infeed device to resupply the hopper within a preset period. Unit will automatically shut down if infeed fails to resupply hopper.

All product contact parts are stainless steel or food grade plastic.

Heavy duty cabinet constructed of 1/4″ and 1/2″ thick steel plate.

Cabinet and castings coated with an off-white color baked on food grade epoxy paint as specified by General Packaging Equipment Company.
