Designed for COEX cast film production with additional coating unit

The extrusion section of the line has 2 extruders, and the coating unit has 1 extruder.
Processing of thermoplastics in a temperature range of 90–300°C.

Various production combinations are possible:
• Main unit (CoEx) with coating
• Main extruder (CoEx) without coating
• Coating process over a winding unit on an existing base film

For production in the different combinations described above, the unused sections of the line can be deactivated.

Main extruder:
• Mono film, optionally with tensioned film
• 3-layer film (A-B-A), optionally with tensioned film

Coating unit:
• Mono film on existing base film, optionally with a second tensioned film
