We have spare capacity, so we are willing to establish cooperation. Our machine park consists of 6 injection molding machines with a pressing force of 80 - 320 tons and modern peripheral equipment.
We offer:
* Huge experience gained through years of cooperation with leading companies in the plastics market

* Confectioning of manufactured parts.
* Excellent location (between Lodz and Warsaw, right at the exit of the A2 freeway).

* Experience in the use of recycled plastics to reduce the cost of the part while taking care of the environment.

We are able to process many different types of plastic materials, such as : PE, PP, PS, ABS, POM, PMMA, PC, PA, SBS, SEBS. We also have a lot of experience with plastics filled with minerals, UV additives or flame retardants.
In cooperation with proven tool shops specialized in the preparation of injection molds, we also support our customers during the start-up of new production by offering technological advice.
We have implemented the ISO 9001 quality management system.
