Sattler KunststoffWerk has been active and successful in the plastics compounding business since 1965. You may fully rely on our expertise in the customer-specific solid-colouring of thermoplastics - also for small quantities. We are happy to advise you on the raw materials which exactly meet your technical requirements. Our compounds are made in Germany and always based on high-quality raw materials. Here you have the choice between 100% virgin polymer raw materials or up to 100% secondary polymer raw materials from an upcycling process.

Different end products - different requirements: We offer you a large number of options to meet your requirements. We are happy to supply you compounds with flame retardancy, laser-specific or germicidal properties. For LED technology applications we develop tailor-made compound formulations for light diffusing or even light tight properties.

Our polycarbonate compounds and recompounds Ekalon® are UL-listed according to UL 94 HB, Ekalon® V according to UL 94 V-2 and Ekalon® F according to UL 94 V-0: File E 178422.

At the end, you receive your thermoplastics granulates - compounded at the highest level based on defined quality criteria and international standards. Always individual and pinpoint-precise - according to your requirements.
