Composite Preforming Technology

A Dutch spin off company of a university of technology has developed an automated manufacturing process to produce preforms for high end composite products. The expected improvements, when compared to traditional lamination techniques, include a higher product quality, better reproducibility, faster production and lower production costs. To further optimize the manufacturing process, an industrial partner is sought in the field of composite helmet or the manufacturing of shell shaped products.
