High-pressure Resin Transfer Moulding technology for high-throughput production of carbon fibre reinforced polymer parts
|
Two German companies and a research organisation jointly develop advanced high-pressure resin transfer moulding (RTM) production technology for use in e.g. automotive industry, where high throughput is essential. The technology allows automated large scale production of carbon fibre reinforced polymer parts, opening completely new market opportunities for this light-weight materials.
