Bodo Möller Chemie: Extension of the partnership with Spolchemie
|
Since 2005, Bodo Möller Chemie has been distributing Spolchemie epoxy resins in Germany. From now on, Bodo Möller Chemie will also distribute Spolchemie alkyd resins recently taken over by Spolchemie from DIC Performance Resins Vienna under a contractual joint venture. Advert Thus Bodo Möller Chemie will now distribute Spolchemie´s entire epoxy and alkyd resin product range in Germany. In addition, Bodo Möller Chemie Polska, the polish subsidiary, will take over the distribution of Spolchemie epoxy resins in Poland. The business will be transitioned during Q1 2011.
With the extension of the partnership with Spolchemie, Bodo Möller Chemie reinforces its position in the European epoxy and alkyd resins markets. More information: bm-chemie.de |
