A company from Saint Petersburg, specialized in development of technological processes of manufacturing of composite materials with special properties, developed a composite material with a high heat conductivity. Addition of synthetic diamonds allowed to obtain the material with specific thermal conductivity 1.4 times higher than that of copper.
