Heat conductive potting compound
|
A German developer and producer of ligthing and electrical systems is looking for a heat conductive potting compound for optical applications in the field of LED use. The level of transparency must be high (transmission > 98% in VIS) without color - shifting. The photo- or chemical curing should be possibly without shrinkage and the compound should keep a certain plasticity.
