Rhodia Polyamide: price increase for its Nylon Salt intermediates including Adipic Acid, Stabamid® Polymer Range and Technyl® Compound in Europe

In response to the continuing and lasting trend of rising crude oil and energy costs, Rhodia Polyamide (www.rhodia.com) announces price increases as follows: • Nylon Salt intermediates including Adipic Acid: price increase of 100 € / Metric Ton, effective August 1st, 2006, • AH Salt and Stabamid® Polymer range: 100 € / Metric Ton, effective as of the upcoming quarter Advert • Technyl® Compound: 80 € / Metric Ton, effective as of the upcoming quarter
These price adjustments are necessary and fall in line with the pricing policy led by Rhodia to compensate for the significant and recurring rise in raw materials, energy and transport costs. |
