AST Kunststoffverarbeitung: Acquisition of AMO-Plast

On November 28th, 2016, AST, a famlily owned company in blow moulded rigid industrial packaging based in Erndtebrück, Germany, announced the acquisition of AMO-Plast. Based in Eppingen, Heilbronn, in southern Germany, AMO-Plast manufactures and markets plastic jerrycans for the chemical & food and beverage industry.

With this acquisition AST’s wants to demonstrate its commitment to invest in jerrycan capabilities in Europe to provide a broader geographic footprint and to serve better their customers as the preferred choice for stackable jerrycans.

AMO is known for high quality, service and support, and produces UN-approved containers from 3-60 Lt.
