Jan Schweizer will take over the operational management of Polycompound AG, Sissach, Switzerland, from Thomas Manetsch at the beginning of 2024. Between winter 2022 and summer 2023, the company gradually put a new production centre at Hauptstrasse 1g into operation. Additional production, storage and office space was created at the existing site. From 1 January 2024, Jan Schweizer will succeed Thomas Manetsch as CEO, who in turn will remain with Polycompound AG as co-owner and member of the Board of Directors. Thomas Manetsch took over Polycompound AG from the founders 15 years ago as part of a succession plan and managed the company prudently and very successfully through the following years in a challenging environment. Jan Schweizer has been part of the company's team for eight years, most recently as Head of Business Development. In recent years, he has demonstrated his strategic thinking and leadership qualities. About Polycompound AG Polycompound AG, based in Sissach, Switzerland, produces customised special and standard compounds on behalf of its international clientele. The production facility is equipped with seven co-kneading systems in separate premises. More information: www.polycompound.ch |
