Trinseo: Low Price Decrease for Polystyrene in Europe

Trinseo, a specialty material solutions provider, and its affiliate companies in Europe announced today a price decrease for all polystyrene (PS) grades. Effective June 1, 2024, or depending on existing contract terms, the prices for the products listed below will decrease as follows:

  • "Styron" and "Styron X-Tech" general purpose polystyrene grades (GPPS) by -5 Euro per metric ton
  • "Styron" and "Styron A-Tech", "Styron C-Tech" and "Styron X-Tech" high impact polystyrene grades (HIPS) by -5 Euro per metric ton
