Pentac Polymer: Takeover of Plastic Recycler StanPlast

As announced by Pentac Polymer GmbH on LinkedIn, the Groß-Umstadt-based company has fully acquired StanPlast GmbH, a recycling specialist located in Traismauer, Austria. StanPlast, founded in 2010, reportedly offers individual and comprehensive disposal and recycling concepts for the plastics processing industry. The Traismauer site is to be retained and further expanded. Advert Pentac Polymer GmbH develops and produces customized compounds based on semi-crystalline engineering thermoplastics. The company offers a wide range of standard to specialized compounds, including glass fiber and mineral-reinforced, impact-modified, as well as surface-optimized and easy-flow types. The portfolio is complemented by hydrolysis-stabilized materials, plain bearing materials, and re-compounds according to EU end-of-life vehicle directives. Many materials are also available as laser-markable, flame-retardant, or density-reduced types.
In addition to its headquarters in Groß-Umstadt, where Pentac Polymer (Compounding) and Pentac Proform (Recycling) are located, the company now has a second international site with Pentac StanPlast, following Pentac Polymer de México (Compounding) in Querétaro/Mexico. More information: pentac.de |
