M+S Silicon: Ann-Marie Siedler expands management team

M+S Silicon GmbH & Co. KG has expanded its management board. Ann-Marie Siedler has joined the company management and will henceforth form the three-member leadership team together with Dr. Timo Bollermann and company founder Jürgen Siedler.

Ann-Marie Siedler has been with the company for more than ten years. As the daughter of the company founder, she is well-acquainted with the structures and corporate culture of M+S Silicon. According to the company, she possesses comprehensive insights into internal processes and the workforce.

She completed two Master's degree programs in Business Psychology and Corporate Management, graduating with honors at the age of 23. In addition to her academic qualifications, she brings many years of practical experience from various areas of activity within the company.

By expanding the management team, M+S Silicon states that it aims to secure long-term corporate development and maintain continuity as a family-run business.

Parallel to the personnel change, the management and the expanded leadership team have defined shared corporate values. These include a strong sense of togetherness, accountability, and future viability. Based on these values, the mission statement "We are responsible for the future" was formulated, which is intended to shape the company's strategic direction.
