The Tartler Group is expanding its production capacities both at its headquarters in Michelstadt and at its Indian site in Ahmedabad. With investments of around 3.5 million euros, new machining production areas are being created in Germany, while an assembly center for dosing and mixing systems for resin processing is being established in India. At the Michelstadt site, two new production halls with 460 square meters of usable space each are currently under construction. The buildings are being erected in the immediate vicinity of the main plant and are scheduled to go into operation in mid-2026. The company group plans to install several new lathes there, a turning-milling center with integrated automation, as well as highly automated, AI-supported production lines for the series production of high-precision metal components. The equipment will be complemented by a measuring system for micrometer-precise presetting of tools during ongoing production. The expansion primarily serves to increase the capacities of the subsidiary ZT Odenwald. The company specializes in high-precision machined parts and manufactures components with demanding requirements for geometric accuracy. ZT Odenwald currently covers the design and production of prototypes, pre-series and series parts made from common metals. Customers come from sectors including mechanical and plant engineering, hydraulics, food technology and the aerospace industry. In addition to manufacturing, the company also provides services such as laser marking of components. The new infrastructure is also intended to enable the production of larger series in the future. At the same time, the Tartler Group has expanded its activities in India. The subsidiary Tartler India has moved from its previous location in Vadodara to larger premises in the industrial area of Ahmedabad. The new building complex covers around 500 square meters and will be used for the final assembly of standard machines. The Indian unit focuses on the assembly and delivery of dosing and mixing systems for processing synthetic resins. These include machines from the “Nodopur” and “Nodopox” series as well as degassing and filling stations of the “TAVA F” type. The development of the systems as well as the production of components and parts will continue to take place in Germany. Tartler has been present in the Indian market since 2022 with locations in Vadodara and Chennai. Initially, local activities focused on sales, service and system configuration. With the new assembly center in Ahmedabad, the company is expanding its presence to include production capacities in order to serve regional customers from industries such as automotive manufacturing, electrical engineering, toolmaking and wind power technology more quickly. The Tartler Group develops and produces dosing, mixing and application systems for industrial resin processing. In addition, the company offers services such as remote maintenance, spare parts supply, maintenance and conversion services as well as site acceptance tests during the commissioning of systems at the customer’s site.
